Who is this program for?
The Exhausted Parent
You're carrying the invisible daily weight of dinner. The mental load, the planning, the decisions. By evening, you're drained before you even start cooking. You're not failing, the system doesn't support you.
The Decision-Fatigued Parent
What should we eat? What do we have? What does everyone like? By the time dinner happens, you've made a hundred tiny decisions and have nothing left. You need structure, not more recipes.
The Well-Intentioned Parent
You want calm dinners, connected moments, curious eaters. You've got good intentions and you're doing your best. But without a real system, dinner still feels chaotic and rushed.
The Table Reset is the method I wish more parents had access to. It is calm, flexible, inspired by the French way of being, and designed to transform the experience of meals, and your mindset.

Meet Mélanie
My name is Mélanie. I was born in France, and I have been living in Canada for nineteen years. I am a mother of two culinary-curious kids. I understand the North American pace and parenting pressure, and I also know what becomes possible when we bring back a simpler, more joyful approach to food.
I have taught cooking and baking classes to children between the ages of eight and twelve. I have also written my share of no-fuss, family-friendly recipes on my blog, Petit Porcini. Most importantly, I have raised two children who are not just “not picky”, they are engaged, curious, and confident around food.
I am not a chef and I am not a nutritionist.
I am a parent who never had to fix picky eating, because I built something better from the beginning.

FAQ
The Table Reset is designed for parents of kids who are out of the baby food stage, typically ages three and up. If your child eats solid food and joins you at the table, the method will work for you.

The course is built for real life. You have access to the core materials and resources on the platform, so you can go at your own pace and revisit what you need, when you need it.
